Insurance Administrator (16 hours per week)
My client are a small, friendly Insurance Brokers office seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team as an Insurance Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering telephone calls and assisting with incoming/outgoing correspondence via email and post
* General office administration
* Handling insurance administration, including processing new business, MTAs (Mid-Term Adjustments), and renewals
Essential Skills & Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Stay calm and organized under pressure in a busy environment
* Strong administrative and IT skills
Desirable Experience:
* At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
* Familiarity with Acturis (insurance software)
