Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef de Partie based at Stanley House Hotel & Spa in Mellor. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within the required time frame, managing and training Demi-Chef de Parties or Commis Chefs, ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health and safety at all times, and monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the creation of exciting and innovative menu items.
