We're seeking an experienced and motivated senior security architect who understands the mission applicability to the UK's National Security. An architect who can apply their skills and experience to contribute to strengthening security resilience through our client's projects and programmes.
The architect will work to understand the principles that underlie client needs, apply their knowledge of known security design, implementation patterns and security concepts. They will also be able to pursue and achieve greater resilience using innovative and newly developed techniques.

Key Responsibilities
* Leading client engagements as a subject matter expert in Cyber Security.
* Assessing your clients' needs and managing clients' stakeholders relationship appropriately.
* Identifying, understanding and communicating risks to stakeholders.
* Adapting industry best practice to design solutions that pragmatically solve cyber security problems.
* Selecting, adopting and adapting security control frameworks where required.
* Designing, justifying and implementing security management strategies.
* Ensuring security principles are applied during design and development to reduce risk.
* Developing and communicating corporate information security policy, standards and guidelines.
* Developing organisational strategies that address information control requirements, identifying and monitoring environmental and market trends, and proactively assessing impact on business strategies, benefits and risks.
* Obtaining and acting on vulnerability information, conducting security risk assessments, business impact analysis and accreditation on complex information systems, and recommending appropriate control improvements.
* Developing new architectures that mitigate the risks posed by new technologies and business practices, alongside documentation of logical designs, High Level Designs (HLDs) & Low Level Designs (LLDs).
* Accurately delivering high quality work to agreed timelines and taking the initiative.
* Supporting client engagements, including pitches and presentations.
* Helping to support & grow Daintta by actively inputting into the company strategy and helping to shape our future.

Skills/Knowledge
* You have experience reviewing and designing a range of complex systems.
* You have degree level and extensive industry experience in cyber security.
* You have experience implementing controls & policies on differing information schemas.
* You have experience of leading teams, leading projects and leading security forums or security working groups.
* You have worked in client delivery across a range of projects and have experience in various cyber technologies.
* You have experience working on cloud-based infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
* You have experience of ISO27001, NIST, TOGAF, CAF, SbD or other industry standards.
* You have demonstrable continuous personal development with relevant certifications or accreditations.
* You have strong interpersonal skills.
* You have UK security clearance at SC or above or are eligible and willing to go through clearance.
Location?
Hybrid, with 2-3 days working from Daintta office (London/Cheltenham) or on client site as required.
