I am looking for an encouraging, caring Behaviour Mentor to work in an SEMH (Social Emotional and Mental Health) specialised school based in Chelmsford. The school is fantastic at providing young people with SEN the best possible support and truly believes that those who have had to overcome challenges in their past can have a bright future ahead of them.
You will be responsible for:
1. Assisting with the planning of activities
2. Monitoring pupils' progress
3. Intervening when necessary
4. Providing relevant feedback to the classroom teacher
5. Performing general duties to support both learners and teachers
