Working Location
Our main office is in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire but we also have a small London base. While your role will largely be remote, you will need to be able to travel to meet with clients and, from time to time, be able to stay overnight. You will meet up with the wider team around once a month in the Haddenham office.
Our preference is for you to be based within a few hours commute of our Haddenham office although this is not essential. Depending on the level of your experience, it may be beneficial to spend a little more time in the office to learn about our business.
You will need a valid UK driving license and access to a car. Our clients are geographically dispersed, so reliance on public transport is sadly not achievable.
Right To Work
You must already hold the right to work in the UK as we are unable to provide skilled worker sponsorship at this time.
Fintel plc and all the businesses within it adopt a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination on any of the protected grounds in the Equality Act 2010.
We are committed to providing equal opportunities to all current and prospective employees regardless of age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race or ethnicity, religion or belief, gender identity, or marriage and civil partnership.
We aspire to have a diverse workforce because, in our view, diversity enables better business outcomes. We also believe that a more inclusive workplace, where people of different backgrounds work together, ensures better outcomes for all staff. From application to interview, we place inclusion at the heart of all we do.
For these reasons, we strongly encourage suitably qualified applicants from a wide range of backgrounds.
