The Role
THIS ROLE IS A 6-12 MONTH FTC
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Fees Analyst to play a key role within the Wealth Management business to ensure Wealth & Financial Advisers are paid accurately and on time by executing monthly adviser pay-run.
The Fees Analyst will process remuneration models, reconciling income data, and producing detailed adviser remuneration reports using systems such as X-plan and CommPay.
The Fees Analyst must have a good understanding of how a Wealth Management business operates, with experience working with wealth/financial advisers and compensation structures.
Execute the monthly financial adviser pay-run via X-plan and CommPay, Prepare and validate individual remuneration reports for each adviser, supporting transparency and adviser confidence.
The Fees Analyst will answer adviser queries on fees and commission items, providing prompt and accurate responses to ensure clarity and understanding and liaise with Payment Operations and Finance.
The Candidate
2-3 years experience with a good understanding of Financial Advisor fees and/or Wealth Management Commissions and associated accounting systems, such as X-plan and CommPay.
A understanding of Financial Advisor provider products, to facilitate informed decision-making and reporting.
Numerate ability – a Financial degree would be advantageous.
Solid understanding of how a wealth management practice operates.
Must be able to work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of numeracy and accuracy.
Excellent Excel skills (e.g., lookups, pivots, basic modelling) and ability to work with large, complex datasets
