Retail Sales Manager £35,000 per annum with an OTE of £55,000 Huntingdon Out client based in Huntingdon is looking for an experience Retail Manager to join its team. This is an automotive business, where you will manage a team by leading in a positive and objective way. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be an integral member of the management team. Your responsibilities will include: Leading by examples with every customer interaction Ensuring that every sales enquiry is dealt with appropriately by your team Effectively managing the resources at your disposal to achieve the required business objectives. Manage and analyse all data to make swift and effective decisions to guide the team appropriately, delivering the most appropriate outcome within your business area. Maintaining a consultative and supporting working environment for employees. To be suitable for this role, you must: Have previous experience in a retail management position, having managed employees Have an interest in a passion for the automotive industry is preferred. First-class communication skills with customer-facing experience in prior roles. Excellent attention to detail. Full UK driving licence is required so you can drive manual and automative.
