Description
WFS is in search of a talented individual to lead as a Digital Learning Developer! In this role you will be the driving force in creating digital training materials that are both engaging and effective.
Using the latest tools and platforms for digital content creation, you will design visually captivating content for our UK teams. Ultimately, supporting the organisational learning and development objectives, leading to an improved employee experience, elevated performance, and continuous learning journey.

Your main responsibilities on a day-to-day basis will be:
1. Digital Content Creation: Using the latest design tools to deliver best-in-class e-learnings to improve knowledge retention, employee performance, and compliance.
2. Training Material: Taking current classroom-based materials to revamp and transform into interactive, digital training materials, contextualised in real working life scenarios.
3. Micro-learnings: Creating and delivering a programme of micro-learnings to reinforce key messages and improve employee engagement.
4. Onboarding: Design of new digital induction materials to enhance our induction process.
5. Stakeholder Relationships: Working with internal and external stakeholders to understand training syllabi, regulatory requirements, and objectives and being able to translate that into impactful training materials.
6. Project Management: Managing a pipeline of requirements to ensure priorities and key milestones are met.
7. Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to analyse the effectiveness of training and continuously improve learning strategies and materials.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to identify further training needs and develop new training content to enhance employee performance.
To be successful in this role you will need:
1. Proven experience in digital training content creation, specifically SCORM files.
2. Proficiency in using digital content creation tools and platforms, i.e. Articulate 360 / Adobe Premiere Pro.
3. Strong writing, editing, and proof-reading skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
6. Creative and innovative thinking with attention to detail.
7. Proactive and keen to take on a challenge.
