Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in steel frame construction? We're looking for a dedicated No.1 Site Manager to lead a new build retail project, working closely with the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all site activities as the No.1 Site Manager

* Manage subcontractors, site operations, and ensure H&S compliance
* Maintain excellent communication with the team and stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager
* Strong background in steel frame construction
* Expertise in managing subcontractors and ensuring site safety
* Knowledge of groundworks would be advantageous
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
