We pride ourselves on fostering creativity, respect, and environmental awareness in everything we do.

4. Parent Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and development. Hold regular parent meetings and provide support as needed.
5. Room Organization: Ensure the classroom is well-organized, stimulating, and aligned with the principles of sustainability. Maintain a clean, safe, and eco-friendly space that encourages exploration and learning.
6. Safeguarding & Health & Safety: Take responsibility for safeguarding and health and safety practices within the room. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including risk assessments and emergency protocols.
