EC has an opportunity for a Junior Production Manager to join our team. In this role, reporting into our Senior Production Manager, you’ll be hands-on in the delivery of projects, collaborating with internal teams to ensure that the production elements and logistics on some of our projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and seamlessly. You will gain valuable experience by working alongside our experienced production management team on some of our largest projects, whilst also taking the lead on some events yourself. You have experience in a production-focused role in a sector such as Corporate Events, Film/TV, Live music, etc. You are a team player with a flexible, enthusiastic approach. You’re a strong communicator, both in person and in written content You don’t get phased under pressure, you’re the consummate professional. Even when something isn’t going quite according to plan, you remain calm and get the situation sorted Awareness of Health & Safety both in the pre-planning stages and the implementation Experience in scheduling and budgeting Not essential but would be nice if you have knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks Responsibilities Project planning Collaborating with the Production Management Team, Project Managers and Producers to generate schedules and logistics plans for events. Ensuring crew and transport orders and correct, align with the build schedules and liaising with the Crew & Transport teams to ensure alignment. Assisting the Production Managers with researching suppliers. Representing the company at site meetings. Project execution Assisting on-site and supporting with Production elements as appropriate. This could be as part of a larger team or as a stand-alone Production Manager on smaller events. Responsible for the generation and management of Event Safety Plans, RAMS, plans, build schedules, and project packs on your Production jobs.
