Role Objective The key objective of this role is to ensure that all operational processes across People, Finance, and Systems run seamlessly. You will support onboarding, employee administration, and finance facilitation while driving continuous improvement in our tools and systems. What the job involves: People Function Facilitate smooth onboarding, ensuring that new team members feel welcome, with company values and ways of working embedded from day one. Own the administration of employee contracts, reviews, and probation periods, ensuring employees feel supported and receive timely feedback and progression opportunities. Help develop our employee handbook to reflect our mission and values, providing a clear guide on how we live and work. Finance Function Support the Head of Operations in processing contractor/supplier payments, employee payroll, and expenses, while maintaining effective communication with external accountants. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoice reconciliation and filing, to keep the finance function running smoothly and efficiently. System / Tools Identify improvements to the software we use, ensuring the team has the best tools to support their workloads. Assist in implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for software, integrating it into onboarding, and identifying critical cyber risks early.
