TutorBox is a tuition centre in Alperton London and we are looking for a Customer Service Assistant who can build and maintain strong relationships with parents/students, manage their accounts to support student success, and improve customer retention.
The ideal candidate will be charismatic, with 5-star communication skills in person, on the phone and in writing. As the main point of contact for new & existing families, you should be comfortable in dealing with both adults and children aged 5 to 18.
Full training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Front of House: welcoming tutors, parents and students into the centre
* Account Management: looking after existing customer enquiries, ensuring students are happy with their service and supporting their growth
* Student Enrolment: providing new prospective families with information about our services and signing up new customers
* Team Coordination: you would be the main point of contact for all tutors and responsible for liaising with them to organise lessons
* Administration: ensuring all tutor resources for the day’s lessons are prepared and well organised
* Supporting Centre Manager: with day-to-day administration, following up customer payments, marketing activities and business development tasks

You should be:
* A ‘people person’: friendly to deal with and patient when helping customers
* Very well organised and enjoy keeping things in order
* Strong multi-tasker and able to handle pressured situations
* Comfortable helping customers over the phone, email and messages
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Fluent in English (required) or bilingual (bonus)
* Strong communication skills both verbal/written (required)
* Customer service experience (preferred)
* Sales experience (preferred)
* Confident in using digital tools (preferred)
Hours - 40 per week:
* Monday-Thursday 1-9pm
* Sunday 9-5pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
