Position Overview:
My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager (BDM) specialising in HEVAC Building Services within the Maintenance & CAPEX sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong industry relationships.

* Strong initiative and management skills to develop and implement business plans.
* Established network and existing contacts within the industry (desirable).
Primary Responsibilities:
* Identify and establish new business opportunities.
* Maintain and grow service sales business within London and the Southeast region.
* Organise and conduct sales visits to potential and existing clients.
* Prepare and present tenders, proposals, and quotations.
* Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
* Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.
* Review cost structures and monitor sales performance metrics.
* Write and maintain detailed sales reports and promotional literature.
* Deliver product and service advice to clients.
* Attend networking events to identify and secure new business opportunities.
* Ensure sales targets are consistently met and exceeded.
Compensation Package:
* BDM Role: £60,000 - £80,000 annually, with up to 2.5% of yearly profit incentive on maintenance. Additional incentives for CAPEX work to be reviewed.
* 20 days & 8 BH (increases by 1 day per year of service)
