Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Salary: £24,500 - £26,500/year base + Benefits (listed below)
Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.15pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
We are seeking a punctual and hardworking Internal Sales Executive, who enjoys being part of a small team and working in a fast-paced environment to join our company here at Fairway Seals.
Job Purpose:
Fairway Seals has been serving the needs of the sealing industry since 1977, we have built a reputation for dealing with customer requirements in a friendly and professional manner.

We are seeking a Sales Executive. Candidates must be punctual, hardworking, enjoy being part of a small team and have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge of Word and Excel would be a benefit.
Duties will include but are not exclusive to:
* Build quality relationships.
* Prepare product quotations in line with customer requirements.
* Source and convert quality potential customers.
* Follow up on customer enquiries that have yet to convert to a sale.
* Follow and implement all procedures, legislative and regulatory rules.
* Effectively develop your sales area by proactively targeting market sectors.
* Generate new enquiries, converting existing projects into live orders.
* Be the voice of our company, show a general interest in our products, act professionally at all times.
Looking for someone that has the below characteristics:
* Track record of delivering high levels of achievement.
* GCSE Mathematics and English or equivalent.
* Strong customer service ethic with a passion for continuously improving the levels of service provided.
* Be a good team player and enjoy working in a team environment.
* Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with existing and new clients.
* Ability to work in a structured way, independently and as a team member to achieve targets and deadlines.
* Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Experience of managing and nurturing relationships with potential customers.
* Experience of working alone and managing own diary.
* Confident telephone manner.
* A strong attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to deal with people at all levels.
* Strong organisational skills and a willingness to take ownership and accountability of work.
* Resilience & patience to deal with difficult situations.
* Good time keeping.
* Strong work ethic.
* Happy personality.
* The successful candidate must be confident and willing to learn.
