We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Deputy Care Coordinator to join our amazing team here at Bridgwater Homecare based at our Head Office in Wigan.
Pay: £24,000 per year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in coordinating care schedules and managing care specialist rotas
* Support the recruitment and training of new team members
* Conduct client assessments and develop personalised care plans
* Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations
* Act as a liaison between clients, families, and care specialists
The ideal Candidate:
* Passionate about providing exceptional care
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Previous experience in a care setting (preferably domiciliary care)
* Ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet
* Empathetic and patient-centered approach
