This may involve delivering equipment items, promoting independence in daily living tasks, including personal care, washing and dressing, meal preparation, general mobility and transfers. Encourage rehabilitation approaches to restore independence Carry out basic nursing care tasks as necessary, including continence management and the prompting of medication. As a Therapy Shift Lead you will: Apply your extensive community experience, ideally within a reablement or similar team, to set a leading example. Serve as a valuable resource, promptly addressing inquiries from our dedicated Band 3 Reablement Therapy Workers, offering guidance, and nurturing a collaborative work environment. Manage a caseload during your shifts, consistently upholding the highest care standards.
