Job Description
1. Processing payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
2. Handling payroll queries from staff and ensuring these are resolved efficiently.
3. Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring confidentiality is upheld.
4. Collaborating with the HR team to ensure all payroll data is up to date.
5. Creating reports on payroll metrics for senior management.
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant payroll legislation.
The Successful Applicant
1. Right to work in the UK.
2. Experience with HR/Payroll System - CIPHR desirable.
3. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting would be advantageous.
4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
6. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Experience working with external payroll bureaus.
