Central Employment are working with an award-winning eCommerce Web-Print Specialist as they look to recruit a Customer Service Advisor, joining their experienced CS team in Cramlington.
Duties include the following:
1. Deal effectively with customers on a daily basis in a polite and professional manner.
2. Respond to emails efficiently, following up with calls as required.
3. Ensure all problems or complaints are dealt with in a timely manner, including arranging reprints or processing refunds/discount codes.
4. Responsible for review of reprinted jobs prior to dispatch.
5. Track deliveries with courier service and record relevant information.
6. Manage returned jobs via courier service.
7. Accurately log all calls throughout the day.
8. Deal with immediate contact channels on a daily basis, i.e., calls, chat service, social media.
9. Respond to reviews on Trustpilot.
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate a good telephone manner, understanding, and empathy skills.
2. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
3. Experience in dealing with multi-channel inbound enquiries – phone, email, social, and website.
4. Must have a high level of accuracy.
5. Able to demonstrate initiative and ability to prioritise.
