Maintenance Specialist

Be a part of our great maintenance team.
To undertake unsupervised general building tasks and to carry out general maintenance of the hospital estate together with repairs to fabric, fixtures and fittings, that do not justify the attention of a fully qualified tradesperson, and to undertake a wide range of planned maintenance duties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Decorating experience: plasterboard repairs, skimming & filling, stain blocking, emulsion & gloss works.
