Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 19:00, with occasional weekend shifts from 09:00 - 17:30

Overview:
As a Team Manager, you will guide a team of associates and senior associates to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and meet key business objectives. Representing a premium cycling brand, you'll focus on maintaining high service quality and managing customer feedback. Your role will involve coaching, leadership, and driving continuous improvements to enhance team performance.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead and coach a team to exceed business objectives, ensuring consistent achievement of financial, operational, and quality metrics.
* Proactively manage absenteeism, attrition, and performance, implementing action plans to address gaps.
* Recognize and reward outstanding performance, motivating the team in line with company values.
* Foster open communication, encouraging feedback and sharing best practices across the team.
* Drive client satisfaction (CSAT) improvements by providing daily feedback and monitoring performance.
* Collaborate with client management to identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
* Support recruitment, training, and development to attract and retain top talent.
* Lead calibration sessions and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on performance standards.
Your Profile/Experience:
* Proven interpersonal, coaching, and supervisory skills.
* Previous experience in a call center environment is essential.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with good computer and keyboard skills.
* Strong numeric and verbal reasoning abilities.
* Effective problem-solving and performance management skills.
* Experience in client and customer management.
