My client is a IT managed service provider who is looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Sales to look after and more importantly grow/develop a sales teams of Account Managers/ Directors and Business Development Managers
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer the role provides the leadership to meet and exceed the performance and strategic corporate objectives directly linked with achieving, exceed and driving targets in line with Corporate Strategy, product, services, pricing and business ethics.
Job Purpose:
Developing the local regional sales plan aligned with the overall go-to-market strategy
Ensuring the achievement of Annual Order Value, Churn, Contract Bank, and Non-Recurring Revenue targets with team attribution.
Leading, managing, and motivating a sales function across key disciplines: Account Directors, New Business, Account Management, Customer Success, and Growth.Key responsibilities and tasks:
To ensure all sales opportunities are maximised
To ensure the effective management of the Sales Process. Communicate to Senior Management Team matters, which have both positive and negative effects on the business in a timely and proficient manner.
Work with the CRO and Marketing team to ensure that all aspects of services are represented sufficiently in all areas of marketing to ensure maximum lead generation.
Provide leadership to direct staff and make decisions as appropriate to achieve all individual and team objectives along with overall sales and Company strategy.
To ensure that weekly/monthly meetings take place with all their team members.
Coach, train and develop Sales Managers to maximise their sales team performance.
Working closely with the CRO to make sure that strategies are aligned and ensure all cross sales opportunities are effectively maximised
