Job summary The successful candidate will join the System Coordination Centre (SCC) within the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care Board (ICB) as a highly motivated professional, taking on a key leadership role. They will be responsible for delivering operational leadership to ensure effective system-wide coordination and maintaining flow across Urgent and Emergency Care (UEC) pathways. The Cambridgeshire & Peterborough SCC is nationally recognised for its advanced maturity, cutting-edge digital systems enabling real-time reporting and forecasting, and its comprehensive oversight of system risks. We are seeking a candidate who can build on and utilise their subject matter expertise and skills to enhance service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and ensure the implementation of national and local guidance, delivering system assurance through clear, actionable strategies and pre-set targets.
