Job Description:
We need you to have:
* Experience of working collaboratively with stakeholder management and influencing skills
* 5 years’ experience of testing with a minimum of 3 years in leadership positions within financial services including writing key governance documentation and reporting
* Demonstrable previous experience of working on significant organisational change projects
* Ability to work proactively with third-party suppliers to ensure that appropriate test evidence and governance documentation are provided in line with IMS standards
* Previous experience of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring delivery to tight timelines whilst maintaining quality standards
* Skilled in Unit Testing, System Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing
* Delivery within both agile and waterfall frameworks
* Experience mentoring other staff to drive up capability
