A key role now exists in the marketing team with responsibility to drive the development and awareness of the Airedale brand and its products and services, alongside the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Executive. This is a varied role ideal for someone wanting to experience all the facets of marketing and reports into the Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* A creative role with responsibility to drive content creation and delivery by networking effectively across the business.
* Deliver improved brand awareness and successful launches of new products/services to market.
* Create, manage and produce marketing literature.
* Create, manage and maximise media exposure.
* Investigate, recommend and project manage key exhibitions, events and awards.
* Maximise the opportunity to drive the brand and deliver lead generation.
* Be a brand custodian / ambassador. Working closely with product managers/ engineers to deliver:
* Brochures
* Whitepapers
* Blogs
* Case studies
* Press release writing and dissemination
* Liaise with design and print suppliers as required
* Presentations – internal and customer.
* New product development – assist with business cases for new products and collating of market info (size, market share etc).
* Event management with the wider marketing team – exhibitions, events and awards.
* Multi-channel PR campaigns (internal and external)
* Multi-channel advertising campaigns.
* Basic ad hoc website updates if and when required (training will be given)
* Maximise the PR potential of all activity.
Required Experience
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience, ideally in marketing
* Background in business-to-business and/or direct-to-consumer disciplines (desirable)
* Experience of copywriting, PR and event management.
* A talented, energetic and creative marketer.
* Strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail.
* Ability and willingness to learn technical aspects of product offer.
* A natural people person, who will proactively engage and drive content creation across the business and engage with all stakeholders. Ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
* Strong project management skills, prioritising workload and managing several projects at once.
* Strong team player able to show initiative.
* PC literate, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills a must. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop beneficial.

Pay: Up to £33,000.00 per year
