About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance to enhance their performance
* Contribute to the development and implementation of effective customer service strategies, aimed at improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Work closely with the store manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store, including stock management, health and safety, and compliance with company policies
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration among team members
