What You'll Do:
* Assist qualified art therapists in delivering individual and group art therapy sessions to students, using creative expression as a means of exploration and healing.
* Support students in processing emotions, developing coping strategies, and building self-esteem through artistic expression and reflection.
* Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and SENCO to identify students who would benefit from art therapy interventions and develop tailored support plans.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical guidelines.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to deepen your understanding of art therapy principles and techniques.
