Job Description
Electrically biased multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer
Permanent
Basic salary + shift allowance + overtime available
Excellent company culture and mature environment
Do you have experience working in a high-speed manufacturing environment? Are you a strong electrical maintenance engineer with enough mechanical know-how to fault find and carry out non-complex mechanical repairs? This opportunity is ideal for you!
This role requires someone who has:
* Successfully worked in a multi-skilled or electrically biased maintenance engineer role previously
* At least 2-3 years of site-based or field-based experience
* Experience in an industrial setting such as factory maintenance, plant equipment, manufacturing, or production environments
* Worked on large scale, capital production equipment
* A desire to advance their career within an established team and business, with opportunities for development and growth in a supportive environment
This is a maintenance technician position where you will have autonomy while working within a wider team that supports you, just as you will support them.
Daily tasks will include all aspects of typical maintenance engineering, such as:
* Fault finding
* Troubleshooting
* PPMs (planned maintenance)
* Installation works
* Reactive repairs
* Corrective measures
We are looking for a talented multi-skilled maintenance engineer who can add value with their electrical knowledge and experience. While no specific qualifications are necessary, core fault-finding and electrical knowledge are a must. Further training can be offered.
The working pattern is double days, with some flexibility needed based on demands (overtime available over core 40 hours).
