Using data-driven insights, you will develop and execute growth initiatives to enhance customer adoption, engagement, and revenue across the Amazon Pay ecosystem. Key job responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute user growth strategies to increase monthly active users and transaction depth across Amazon Pay services
2. Create data-driven customer segment strategies to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics
3. Design and implement customer lifecycle programs across multiple payment use-cases
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and scale growth initiatives
5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize growth strategies
A day in the life:
You'll start your day reviewing key metrics across customer segments and use-cases. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with product, analytics, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and design innovative solutions. You'll analyze customer behavior patterns, lead strategic planning sessions, and work on implementing initiatives to enhance the Amazon Pay experience.

The Amazon Pay team is dedicated to creating trusted, convenient, and rewarding payment experiences for customers. Our portfolio includes innovative payment solutions like UPI, Amazon Pay Balance, and Buy Now Pay Later options. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing or business development
- Experience analyzing data and metrics to drive business decisions
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Experience managing cross-functional programs
- Experience presenting results to stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience in payments, fintech, or digital products
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and growth metrics
- Experience working with strategic partners and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement initiatives
- Experience working in matrix organizations
