Summary:
Providing excellent secretarial and PA services in particular for no fewer than four senior lawyers but always acting as part of a wider secretarial or support team. This is an office based role and we are looking for someone who is hard working, proactive, very organised and with a good attention to detail. Friendly to work with and with a good attitude and intelligence. Organisational and communication skills must be excellent.
Responsibilities:
1. General correspondence including typing up all types of documents/letters/emails/deeds/client invoices/leases
2. Updating internal document management systems and filing systems regularly and timely as necessary.
3. Scanning/copying/redacting documents as required
4. High levels of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail
5. Experience of managing and organising diaries, calendars and contacts, reviewing and forwarding internal and external mail, e-filing and all general maintenance and administration of client files and folders
6. Preparation of documentation for client signature. Proofreading documents or amending documents and always ensuring accuracy
7. Typing up of Audio Dictation if required
8. Covering where necessary for existing secretarial team
Good manner when liaising with clients or other parties at all levels
Experience
· Excellent communication skills at all levels, time management skills and organisational skills
· Excellent IT skills and use of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
· Ability to produce accurate, correctly presented documents.
