£100 - £115 Per day
Responsibilities:
* Supervising students in the absence of the regular teacher
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
* Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and activities
* Providing support to students with their learning
* Assisting with administrative tasks as required
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum of a degree in any subject
* Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively
* Understanding of educational principles and practices
* Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Additional Information:
Work is primarily indoors within a school environment. May require standing for extended periods and some light lifting. Flexible working hours based on school schedule.
