The Role: SEN Teaching Assistant:
Teach Now is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful Early Years class in a highly regarded primary school in Southgate, Enfield. This is a full-time role where you will play a vital role in supporting students with ASD on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing tailored support to children with ASD to help them engage with learning
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities
• Encouraging social interaction and independence in a structured environment
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning space
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to track progress and adapt support strategies
