Job description
The role - What I’ll be doing
The purpose of this post is to provide efficient and effective administrative support and assistance to the housing management team. This will include supporting the team with the processes involved in letting properties, managing anti-social behaviour and tenancy management cases, and other tenancy-related issues.
You will be required to be flexible in your approach and work as a team to cover and support other housing assistants as needed.
1. Allocations and lettings
2. Anti-social behaviour casework
3. Domestic abuse and harassment cases
4. Safeguarding and tenancy support
5. Tenancy and estate management
6. Tenancy changes/mutual exchanges/succession and assignment/left in occupancy
7. Investigation of tenancy fraud cases
What we’re looking for:
1. We are looking for applicants with excellent customer care skills and relevant experience of providing customer-facing services in a housing, community, or neighbourhood setting.
