Part-Time Customer Service Administrator
Location: L37 8
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
Job Type: Temporary (Start date: Monday, 17th February)
Are you looking for a temporary part-time role in a customer-focused environment? My client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling incoming customer calls and providing exceptional service
2. Managing and arranging diaries for appointments and meetings
3. General administrative support and data entry
4. Responding to customer queries and ensuring efficient resolution
5. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
2. Strong organisational and time-management abilities
3. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
4. Previous experience in customer service or administration is preferred but not essential
Hours:
1. Part-time role
2. Flexible hours (to be agreed)
