Fleet Administrator assists in the administration and coordination of the organization's fleet of motor vehicles. Maintains accurate records of vehicles. Being a Fleet Administrator ensures compliance with government rules and regulations and files paperwork in support of this compliance as needed.

Essential Functions:

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Filing and maintaining spreadsheets
2. Maintaining accurate records of a high volume of fleet vehicles
3. Tracking compliance with government rules and DOT regulations
4. File paperwork pertaining to compliance and DOT regulations as needed
5. Handle titles and registrations for Fleet equipment (roughly 600 pieces of equipment total)
6. Facilitate Fleet Fuel Programs
7. Decipher and understand Fleet data such as Utilization, Cost, Budgeting, etc.
8. Handling permits for oversize/overweight, trips, mobile machinery, and more
9. Audit and research incoming inventory for any discrepancies with stocking, receiving, and re-ordering of materials.
10. Ensure that all office locations are adhering to Riley Brothers warehouse inventory policies, procedures, and processes.
11. Track and maintain spreadsheets and reports for inventory costing processes.
12. Distribution of reports and data as required by the senior leadership team.

13. Knowledge of DMV and State requirements for titles and registrations preferred
14. Excellent MS Office skills including Excel
15. Exceptional computer navigation abilities
Experience and Education:
1. Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
2. Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:
3. Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required within two weeks of employment.
4. Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
