The Columbus Product Team will provide opportunities to apply your dispensing knowledge and experience, whilst developing new skills as you go. The primary responsibility of a Columbus Product Analyst is to support the wider Columbus Product and IT Development Teams in the delivery of new and exciting enhancements of the Columbus Pharmacy Management System. Reporting into the Lead Columbus Product Analyst, you will be responsible for: Understanding what new Columbus features are aiming to achieve. Supporting in the definition and review of requirements documentation. Appreciating how these features support the new in-store dispensing process and establish how we can replicate in our Product Testing. Creating appropriate Product Testing documents based on a combination of what you have learnt and your dispensing experience – full training and coaching will be provided. Execute planned Product Testing for new Columbus features. Demonstrating and training various stakeholders in the use and benefits of new Columbus features. Supporting store teams in the initial pilot / rollout of new Columbus features. What you’ll need to have Pharmacy Dispensing / Operational Experience (Pharmacy / Care Services). A strong working knowledge of the Columbus Pharmacy Management System. Excellent Communicator. Strong Analytical, Attention to Detail and Fault-Finding Skills. Passionate about Continually Improving the Pharmacy Experience. Computer Literate – With a willingness to develop these skills further. It would be great if you also have Experience of leading process change activities.
