National Business Development Manager
Pembroke Resourcing is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager seeking a new challenge. This role is with one of the most iconic and prestigious brands in the automotive sector. An opportunity not to be missed!
The Business Development Manager will liaise with Brokers and local businesses, develop new relationships, and manage existing accounts with SMEs. Responsibilities include managing the full sales process from initial enquiry to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieving vehicle sales, profit targets, and vehicle-related service objectives through excellent customer service and consultation.
* Selling cars and meeting profit targets.
* Handling customer enquiries with premium service.
* Building product knowledge and confidently discussing vehicles with customers.
* Prospecting new customers and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven B2B sales and business development experience.
* Ability to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.
* Excellent rapport-building skills.
* Strong customer focus and service skills.
* Target-driven attitude and ability to work under pressure.
* Full UK driving license and eligibility to work in the UK.
Desirable Requirements:
* Experience in fleet or vehicle sales.
