Retail Services Manager Overview
Location: Headington Oxford - OXFORDSHIRE
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage Retail Services.
2. Assist and support Contract Manager with training, Food Safety, and Health & Safety of the whole department.
3. Assist and support Contract Manager on recruitment and retention of staff following Trust policies.
4. Ensure Retail area is clean, fully stocked, with correct labelling & menus.
5. Ensure the 'right people, in the right place, at the right time.'
6. Be available to help at busy times.
7. Reduce Retail food wastage.
8. Order provisions for Retail Services.
9. Audit Retail meal services for Breakfast, Lunch, and Supper.
10. Gather feedback from Customers on Catering Service.
11. Administration of Retail Services.
12. In the absence of the Retail Supervisor, check the daily cleaning schedules throughout the retail department.
13. Hold Daily team meetings with Supervisor, and weekly for Retail Services staff. Document discussion points (H&S, retail promos, Elior News, Sales, Costs).
14. Collate wastage sheets and totals.
