We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Sous Chef to join our team at Marjoram Leisure Limited. As a key member of the Management Team, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day running of our food operation in a busy pub environment.
As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food to order, ensuring your brigade maintains the highest culinary standards, and managing stock and ordering. You will also work closely with the Head Chef to open and close the kitchen, ensuring smooth shifts and maintaining a 5-star level of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene regulations.
