This in an exciting opportunity to join an IT team who have successfully developed high quality systems to support all aspects of its optical and hearing business including our stores, manufacturing facility and head office. The successful candidate will be providing frontline telephone support for all functions of our branch premises: answering, logging and resolving calls and escalating more complex or serious problems to other IT personnel. The successful applicant will: - Have prior help desk experience of minimum 1 year. - Be IT competent Schedule: Monday to Saturday The Business We are a nationally based opticians and hearing care business.
