BOOKINGS CLERK

We have a fantastic opportunity for an additional Booking Clerk to join the team.
Duties will include:
* Making workshop booking appointments via inbound / outbound calls and email.
* Upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
* Always working to a high level of customer service.
* Completing booking confirmation calls within 24 hours of appointment.
* Engaging on-line chat requests and dealing with online bookings.
* Completing follow-up calls within 24 hours of completion to confirm customer satisfaction levels have been met, corresponding with the Service Reception Manager where necessary.
* Updating customers on parts ETA’s and booking upon arrival.
* Booking in cars for Service, MOT’s & Repairs.
* Regular communication with the Service Department to confirm quality and quantity of bookings.
* Any other ad hoc duties when required.
Ideal candidate:
Excellent communication skills; able to remain positive and focused during busy spells; forward-thinking and keen to learn with an interest in development and progression; take pride in appearance; hardworking; punctual; reliable; ability to use own initiative; must have a ‘can do’ attitude; polite and courteous.
Possibility to progress to Service Advisor position.
Working week: 10:00am – 18:00pm (Monday – Friday)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,821.00 base OTE £25,000+ (Uncapped)
