Customer Team Member
Location: 10-12 Cross Lane, Bebington, Wirral, CH63 3AL
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Contract: 8 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: Sunday, 1:30pm to 10pm
Full, paid training provided.
We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first by responding to queries and championing Co-op products.
2. Work together to improve everyone's day – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Ensure store safety and legality – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
4. Help introduce new products and services – share experiences with colleagues to facilitate learning.
5. Support your local community – participate in activities and events!
