A dynamic and inclusive school in Newham is seeking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs and challenging behaviours. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about helping young people navigate their personal and academic challenges.
We are looking for individuals who have experience working with young people in environments such as youth groups, sports coaching, or care settings. Experience working with students with SEMH and challenging behaviours would be highly advantageous.

* Show empathy and a deep concern for pupils' personal, emotional, and academic development
