The difference you will make as Quality and Performance Officer In this role you work with the standards team to develop, implement and review the Building Safety standards framework and associated business processes, including the setting and monitoring of the required standards to ensure the effective management of Group assets. Ideally in this role you will develop, implement and review the quality framework to support the Group’s safety standards, working with key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and compliance as required. About you We are looking for someone with: Level 2 Qualification- Asset Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, environment or IRPM Leasehold / Property Management or equivalent technical qualification i.e. P405, P901 or qualified trade. In-depth knowledge of Quality and performance management In-depth knowledge Compliance Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems including Housing Management Systems e.g., /Open Housing management, and compliance systems C365, Promaster. Role Profile Role requires you to: Work with the standards team to develop, implement and review the Building Safety standards framework and associated business processes, including the setting and monitoring of the required standards to ensure the effective management of Group assets. Develop, implement and review the quality framework to support the Group’s safety standards, working with key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and compliance as required. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Asset Management, Evolve/Riverside Direct and Housing Management and Care and Support to ensure safety standards, the associated quality framework and underpinning business processes are fit for purpose, communicated effectively and embedded fully across the Group. Monitor, review and report progress to key stakeholders including the Head of Shared Spaces and the Director of Building Safety and Senior Leadership team on compliance with standards and business processes, ensuring appropriate actions are implemented to address underperformance 3 rd Party Quality Assurance Support procurement, development of contract requirements, contract award and mobilization and contract delivery of 3 rd Party quality assurance in line with our Quality Assurance framework Commission quality assurance checks and review the outcomes and review allocation of quality assurance inspection volumes through our Risk Matrix. Commission quality assurance checks through in house teams including (Building safety inspection team) for post inspection work. Identify and address quality issues with suppliers to ensure that safety standards are met, taking responsibility for addressing poor quality and developing and monitoring improvement plans. Ensure the provision of a suite of accurate and timely reports to Contract Managers including the regional teams, with detailed analysis of maintenance standards compliance data, highlighting trends, issues and potential risks, for review at regular performance meetings and to input into decision making as required Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively, providing advice and support on technical standards and requirements. Review feedback, instances of service failure, feedback from surveys and other sources, to identify and escalate lessons learned and actions required as appropriate, ensuring the continuous improvement of the service provision. to quality assurance procedures through occasional on-site inspections and customer engagement. Ensure internal technical protocols are followed in line with the Group’s policy, procedures, and statutory requirements. Support on Contract manager with specification, development of QA (Quality Assurance) standards for all contract delivery. Contract Performance Work in collaboration with BI&I and Asset Business Information analyst to develop contract performance KPI dashboards for all supply chain partners. Liaise with stakeholders and prepare Contract meeting performance packs – QA and Contract performance and financial performance. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities and accurate report writing skills and results driven with strong analytical skills, including the ability to critically analyze complex information, and experience of providing meaningful management information. Experience risk management and evidence of using sound judgement when making effective decisions. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Desirable Knowledge of contracts, SLA's, and performance management / contract admin? Relevant building, maintenance, compliance or facilities management qualification e.g., HNC in Building or NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) General, or equivalent.
