We are seeking a committed NurseAssociate to join our Primary Care Network. In this role, you will support thedelivery of high-quality care within our GP practices, working alongside theclinical team to provide comprehensive and patient-centred care. Main duties of the job
Work with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care across all ages.
Assist with the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
Conduct routine health checks, administer medications, and assist with minor procedures.
Perform diagnostic tests and assist in the collection and interpretation of data, including vital signs and patient histories.
Provide health education and advice to patients and their families, promoting healthy lifestyles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality.
Coordinate and facilitate referrals to specialist services, ensuring timely access to care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Keep up-to-date with developments in healthcare and attend relevant training sessions.

Qualifications
Essential
1. Valid nursing qualification and registration as a Nurse Associate with the appropriate regulatory body.
2. Experience working within the NHS or a similar healthcare setting is desirable.
3. Solid understanding of clinical procedures, protocols, and evidence-based practice guidelines.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
5. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
7. Proficient in using electronic health record systems and other relevant software applications.
8. Commitment to maintaining professional standards, ethics, and practising within the NHS framework.

9. Experience working in a primary care or community healthcare setting.
10. Additional training or certifications related to specialized areas of nursing practice.
