Salary and benefit – £14k basic with a £16k OTE
An exciting opportunity has become available at one of our well-established agencies to join their Letting Support Centre as their Customer Service Administrator, providing legal admin and client account support – in return, you’ll be part of a UK-winning lettings provider.
Responsibilities:
1. Work within legal and company policies
2. Producing legal documentation
3. Deal with admin queries in a timely manner
4. Data production for reports for senior management
5. Participate in team meetings and briefings
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
1. Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
2. Adaptable to changing legal and company policies/criteria
3. Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
4. Educated to a minimum of GCSE Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
5. Good knowledge of PC and MS Office packages
