The Job you will be Doing;
* Taking inbound calls
* Building rapport with clients and customers
* Taking orders over the phone
* Making quotations for customers
* Updating company systems
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* General administration duties
About you;
* Previous customer service experience is essential
* Possess an excellent telephone manner
* Have knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Experience of sales order entry is desirable
* Be computer literate
* Be able to work to deadlines
