About the Role: Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for coordinating and managing complex tasks in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a highly capable and telecoms experienced Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic In-Life project team for a Maternity Cover role of up to 12 months. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of in-life fibre/civils jobs and multi-dwelling unit (MDU) delivery, overseeing critical in-life activities, maintaining job boards, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Manage, maintain, and process in-life jobs via the Monday.com board Prepare and create property release sheets Raise purchase orders and coordinate external activities Assign tasks/jobs to external stakeholders Act as the liaison between multiple internal teams to ensure job progression Provide ad hoc status updates for internal stakeholders Coordinate MDU delivery activities Efficient and accurate processing of in-life jobs Timely and accurate preparation of release sheets Maintenance and updates to job management systems. What We're Looking For: Previous telecoms experience is essential, with proven experience in processing in-life fibre/civils jobs Knowledge of fibre/civils terminology Advanced user of MS Excel and Monday.com (or similar project management platform) Familiarity with raising purchase orders and handling finance queries Exceptional attention to detail and highly effective workload management and multitasking ability Excellent communication skills, with all stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams Experience with QGIS and Netadmin would be advantageous but not a pre-requisite Have the right to work in the UK without restriction Live within a commutable distance to Portsmouth HQ.
