Role: General Manager Location: Kensington and Chelsea Salary: Very Competitive About the role: Studio Fix are looking for a driven and professional team leader who is passionate about customer service and values their team as the core of the business. Working for a start up is a constantly evolving environment so being able to adapt to change and be self-sufficient is key, as well as the confidence to work innovatively and bring new ideas forward. Working directly for the company Owner/Director, the General Manager will have full responsibility for daily business operations including operating procedures, H&S procedures (client and staff), staff compliance and timetable management. The ability to make informed decisions on the spot is key, as well as always remaining consistent to support the evolving needs of staff members and clients. Experience managing a large and diverse team is key. You be expected to manage business expenses and administration, and maintain positive relationships with key contractors and suppliers, as well as as PR and marketing teams. The job also includes overseeing all local authority relationships and compliance such as local BCO, HSE, local council and fire brigade. You will also run payroll, HR systems and staff rotas. We are only considering candidates with a background in fitness industry management, and ideally fitness industry qualifications. This role is Maternity Leave Cover, starting around February 2025.
