Minster is a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for an Operation Supervisor (Warehouse/Transport) who's as passionate about great service as we are to join this brand new site at NORTHAMPTON.
Hours - 7.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the branch and take an active interest in their projects
Managing team of 4 Warehouse Operatives and 4 Drivers
Producing monthly reports
Supporting the Branch Manager
Ensure your team are set up for the day, including delivery drivers with route planning
Help to process and prepare customer orders - load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a forklift truck to minimise manual handling (training will be provided!)
Work as a direct support the management team and act as a keyholder when needed
Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products
Maintain stock levels in both the warehouse and yard areas, carrying out regular stock counts
Keep the branch looking clean and tidy and make Health & Safety a priority
Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement What's in it for you?
